Initial Consultation
$125 for up to 2 hours
Included in the initial session is an in-person meeting to discuss your entire project. No job is too big or small.
Hourly Blocks
1 Hour - $75 / 2 Hours - $125 / 5 Hours - $250
These hours can be used for multiple things: paint consultations, architect drawing reviews, tile selection, single-room remodeling, basement finishing, staging assistance, the list goes on.

Mood Board
$300 per room / board
Mood Boards are a layout of inspirational ideas for you to use to bring your project to life on your own. This service includes a 1 hour in-person meeting to discuss project and a Mood Board with direct links for furniture, lighting, rugs, paint colors, etc.
Home Staging
2 hours - $125 / 5 hours - $250
Home staging works by creating a vision that helps prospective homebuyers better imagine themselves in the home. This service allows Lisa Marie Design and Decor come into your home and assist you in preparing your home before it hits the MLS.
